So so so much better now it has been taken over by new owners!! We came last year and wasn’t impressed with the food or service. However we couldn’t have been happier with our lunch today! Such a great menu with so many options, we had the butterbean houmous starter which was INCREDIBLE! (We had to take the rest home as we couldn’t bare to leave it!). Truffle & Parmesan roast potatoes which were beautiful (even took the last one home too!) and a battered haddock sandwich which tasted amazing! All so fresh and amazing value. The pub is dog friendly both inside & out with dog bowls and treats our pup definitely appreciated. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We couldn’t recommend it enough and will certainly be back!🙌🏼
